Those are the four groups of five stars shown on your feedback page, where buyers can anonymously rate you on "Communication", "Item as Described", "Shipping & Handling Cost", and "Shipping time" (The stupidest one of the group - the one you have NO CONTROL over).

Hover over them and you'll see a number showing your rating for each star, in the form like "4.8/5.0" meaning you have a 4.8 out of a maximum of 5.

I guarantee you your DSR score for shipping time is your lowest value in the group.
