Ebay Gallery Picture Issue & Auctiva API Error

I must have been dozing when Auctiva changed to a pay system. I haven't noticed any missing photos on my listing until two days ago when I received 30+ notices from ebay regarding a gallery picture issue - "unable to download your picture". Checked other items in stores - just X's on where the pictures should be. The only pictures remaining are the ones when someone does a search. As soon as you click on the listing, the photos are gone.

So I came to Auctiva, saw they charged now for photo hosting, signed up, and looked for my saved photos to put them back into the listings. They are all gone, almost 2000 pictures. I searched the "help" on Auctiva and tried to upload the photos back to the listings. I received API failure notices - "the item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of ebay policy".

Please help. I have a store with NO photos. I've spent 2 days now trying to work this out.
