If you are having a problem using the Auctiva site, the fastest and most dependable way to get assistance is to file a support case. I see you filed a support case earlier today which was answered less than 40 minutes after you submitted it.

While we are sometimes able to help people here on the forums, we are not a substitute for support here, as we Auctiva people are not able to watch the forums at all times.
