Ebay header pic won't show gallery pic

I just started with Auctiva and have been able to get everything figured out save one or two things. The one that is causing me the worse headache is my gallery/ebay header image. I sell books. I only ever use the stock photos. I check off to use them as the gallery pic yet I can't check off anything to use in the ebay header pic. SO when I finally uploaded my listing, it pulls the first thing off of my ad, a little I love reding banner, and shows that as my ebay header picture, yet my gallery picture is correct. How do I fix this? I went through manually and changed the pics over on the ebay website but I can't be doing that when I list tons of books....
