I am not 100% sure, but think you can get around this $4.00 trash by weighing and doing calculated shipping.

Again, not 100% sure, but if works, please post for others who may have same problem.

I usually do not list books in lots, but seems I read this somewhere for even heavier books that you can't do for $4.00.
