did you create those listings in ebay or auctiva?

Have you activated your token?

Assuming those listings were originally created on ebay and you have activated your token, they will need to close. Once you relist them from auctiva you should see the scrolling bar.

When they close they will appear in your closed item tab (assuming your token is activated) and anything you do from there to list on ebay should show the scrolling bar.
