Ebay listing will not stop listing, Ebay worked on diligently, said its Auctivas that continues to relist it

I really hope this is the place to finally get attention, member since 2003 with Auctiva, never needed help but I certainly do now. 2 Listings of mine on Ebay WILL NOT STOP RELISTING THEMSELVES, EBAY WAS WONDERFUL TRYING TO WORK THROUGH THIS PROBLEM, BUT finally found that the problem they say is with Auctiva continuing to list them. I just want my store to be correct at this point. Does anyone know how to stop this in Auctiva. I have been a honest and recurring member now for years.
