Ebay "Meet The Seller Info" is Not Showing Up

I am new here and cant figure out what I am doing wrong. When I preview my ad, the information that normally appears in Ebay, "Meet the Seller" information that is in the upper right corner of an auction is missing. The only thing that shows up is my Ebay ID and my score. It doesnt look like a valid ebay auction.
