In reference to saved profiles, when you first open the page: "Manage All" from the Profiles menu, please be sure to use the eBay Site pull down menu to select the appropriate eBay site for your saved profiles. Since different eBay sites may have differing options, your profiles are saved by eBay Site, such as eBay US, eBay CA, eBay Motors US and eBay Motors US - Parts & Accessories. If you have made profiles specific to Parts and Accessories you need to be looking under Parts and Accessories on the Profile Management page to see those profiles. They will only be available on the lister page when you are creating a listing for Parts and Accessories.

Also note: on the lister page once you have selected Parts and Accessories as your site and you go into browse categories for your listing, you will need to select Parts & Accessories from the first category pull down as well to add an appropriate Parts & Accessories category.
