Hello Greg, just a quick note. I have just changed from ebay picture manager to Auctiva. What an issue I have had!!! All my pictures were uploaded to Auctiva and I canceled my picture manager only to find when my store listings relist there are no pictures. I have spent the better part of a week putting pictures back on my store listings, which is not an quick process. Not sure if I have done something wrong when I switched but it has been a big problem for me. I only have 1200 listings so I can just imagine the problem you might experiance when you change! But on a good note--- I like Auctiva for new listings! Service is good and response time for any issue is very good. Good Luck.
