EBAY'S NEW MAXIMUM SHIPPING POLICY

What the heck is going on with eBay...they must have cleared out the nearest psych ward and moved them into management at eBay!!! All these new rules and policies, my head is spinningninging!! For instance, one of the categories for maximum shipping is antiquarian and collectibles...maximum shipping $4.00. Don't they realize that collectibles encompasses a huge variety of goods of all sizes and shapes and I can't think of one that could ship for $4.00. The lowest Priority Mail is $4.75 so how does $4.00 fit in with this? If we don't use Priority Mail, we can't use the free boxes supplied by USPS and can't get free delivery confirmation. This makes me furious, how about the rest of you?????
