Reply to "eBay's Upcoming Policy Changes & How We're Helping Ensure You're Compliant"

Hello Spunkybob -

we'd need to have a look at your account and the specific listings to have a good idea of where and what the issue may be. Please keep in mind that we do have tools that run consistently over accounts to assist with active content and the HTTP to HTTPS conversion, and that these tools get updated with new information as we encounter issues that are less common or much older and unexpected than others.

Our images are hosted on HTTPS servers and have been getting delivered to eBay in that format for a considerable time now, so in order to address any issues you are seeing, we'd need to have a look into it.

Please also note that in the last post I made on this thread there is a link to a tool that can be used to scan individual listings that will show exactly where any issues with eBay compliance are in the HTML of a listing. If you do not wish to file a support case you can make use of that tool to locate the specific issues that eBay is reporting. Please feel free to file a support case letting us know a few item numbers where eBay has informed you of a difficulty and we'll be happy to take a look for you.
