I am sorry to hear that you are encountering difficulty on eBay with your listings. This issue is not occurring across the board for all Auctiva posted listings, however, we have had a small number of similar reports. At present, it appears that eBay is testing the feature you refer to and so only some listings are affected. I believe that eBay is also asking for feedback regarding this, and encourage you to let eBay know your response. Please keep in mind that we are unrelated to eBay, so you would need to contact eBay support regarding this issue.
