eBay still charges insertion fees if listing through Auctiva....HELP

Hi there;

I just want to know if this is correct, I just started listing through Auctiva and realize that eBay will still charge the applicable fees...however, they also charged me an insertion fee for each item that I listed through Auctiva.....hhmmm were does the "FREE" come in to play...Can anyone explain?..
