eBay Store Categories won't update on Auctiva? Says error... HOW TO FIX??

Hi there I recently made some major changes to my ebay store categories and I needed to update it all on auctiva but every time I do it says error can't update store categories. What can I do? I have filed a support case but no response yet and it has been a few days. I can't change the categories back as I couldn't remember them even if I tried and it just wouldn't work with my listings if I did. Anyone had or have this porblem?
