FWIW, I had trouble adding folders to the image section....I wanted more than I had. Support was a bit slow to respond but when they did they said they didn't know of any restrictions. Yet I encountered them. Since then I have been able to add one or two at a time. I think it could be a matter of "time". Or maybe they really are working on it and that's why mine are finally adding.
I really screwed mine up when I switched over. Now I have a mess to clean up. I didn't know what I was doing. I hadn't even fully recognized what categories do for me on ebay yet.
I hope it gets concluded soon.
