Ebay Store Listings

How do I create an ebay store listings. At the top of my create listings page I only have Auction or Fixed Price option. I have my store categories to choose from. I have been just selecting Fixed Price for 30 days and selecting a store category but in ebay it's not showing up as a store listings. Why don't I have a Store Item option? And How do I get It?
