Reply to "ebay token - generated - but Auctiva doesn't think so"

Hi mir.a,

Based on what you have described, it seems most likely that your attempt to generate a token is failing because your eBay account is already associated with an existing Auctiva account. If this is the case, you should see an error message indicating that when you click the red number in the "Notifications" section along the top of your account.
