Reply to "eBay user ID problem"

Hello Mike,

Thanks for your advice. I have tried to get a new token and on the eBay sign-on information I use the eBay ID I want to use for selling, which seems to follow through. However, when I go to Auctiva eBay account settings, it persistently says that my other eBay ID (that I use for buying) is registered. What do you think I'm doing wrong?
