Hi All! I am hoping you can help me for I already made this mistake and really don't want to do it again. I am new to Auctiva and listed a couple of auctions (prior - none listed now). I used the Auctiva scheduler to post them in the near future vs saving them (in hindsight I think I should have just saved them vs scheduling them) and then I needed to edit some things in the listing - when I was done I went to re-schedule a different start time than what I had originally chosen and this is where I believe I made the mistake - I think I clicked the "Save New" button (oh dear - I really am not sure if I clicked the "Save New" or "Save" or "Schedule" now - it was a little while ago that I listed them!) but I clicked the wrong button and ended up with my listing posted 2 times on Ebay! Ebay live was kind enough to help me cancel the extra and even credited the extra listing fee but I really do not want to make the same mistake again. So when I have a listing scheduled to start in the near future and I edit it in Auctiva - which button do I select to make changes to that listing and to schedule it to post without causing it to post in duplicate please? And also if it is not too much trouble can you tell me which button to select if my listing is just saved vs scheduled when I am ready to post it - do you select the same button regardless of whether it is saved or scheduled when you are ready to post? Sorry for the long drawn out question and thank you so much in advance for you time in helping me!
