That's odd that you can't even edit when going directly through Ebay. Do you have bids on the item, and that's why it can't be edited? I have always been able to edit my listings on Ebay if doing so through auctiva doesn't work. Did you file a help ticket? Might be a known issue. Sorry I can't be of any real help!
