editing and listing on ebay problems

greetings,

I have recently joined auctiva.
Once I listed some of my items, I have discovered several problems.

1. when I make changes to my listings: template, descriptions, etc., they do not show up on my ebay listings.

2. When I go to my eBay store, most of my items are not there. They show up in my active file, but not my store.

How do I make these changes, and what am I doing wrong.
Note: I have set up my ebay token, but that didn't seem to change anything.
