Reply to "Editing Photos on Ebay Ads"

Hi everybody: I am having a hard adding pics to my active listing. These are the steps I use:
I go to the Active listing page and click on the auction I want to add pic to.
I click on "Add Image" in the blue box at top.
I click in the browser box and select images I want.
I click on "Upload to Listing".
Green"Confirmation" box shows up with image information in it. Normally the images are then transferred to the active listing on ebay. But no!
IT STAYS THERE in the green confirmation box. It is not added to my active listing on ebay as it is supposed to.
What am I doing wrong. Please help!!!
