Hi Sam,

Not sure what's actually happening on your Relists. Relist (even done through Auctiva) is basically an eBay function, so it should retain the pictures.

I'm aware of members having problems uploading pictures over 1MB in size to Auctiva. And, I'm aware that some are reporting problems seeing pictures at eBay, i.e. they don't show for some and do actually show for others.

That later problem was tracked to one member's home Router needing a setting adjustment to work correctly with their ISP in the UK, ORANGE. Apparently, a fairly recent change with ORANGE ISP to cause the problem.

Why Relist and/or Import of pictures is failing is a mystery.

I would consider opening a Support Case with Auctiva to let them know.
