I wrote my entire description in auctiva editor with text formatting.
When I did a preview, all formatting gone.
I removed seller details
When I did a preview, all formatting gone.
I removed the template
Formatting stayed

Can you please fix the Technocolor template ASAP please?
This is the only template I use and have been using it for ages and I need to keep using it
