I will try your way. I was dealing with same problem and this is what Auctiva said. Unfortunately I did not understand at all. LOL

What I would recommend is to find a test listing or a listing that you're having issues with and -

1) Copy the description in 'Standard' mode
2) Paste in to 'Notepad'
3) Change description editor to 'HTML' view
4) Erase ALL of the description in the 'HTML' view
5) Copy the description from 'Notepad'
6) Paste in to the editor in 'HTML' view
7) Switch the view to 'Standard' and add formatting from top to bottom
