Reply to "Eek! What's happened to my sales?"

Hi I'm new to ebay and auctiva. I've tried to sell 2 items in june/july and didnt sell either...i guess because i dont have any feedback. How long did it take you guys/gals until you 1st sold an auction? My sister sells too, she does alright, but I think she's getting tired of me ask her to list for me. Does any one have any pointers for me starting out?
