Yep, I agree with Donna and nobostore. I did this when I was first on Ebay three years ago. I purchased many items that I needed for our girls and for around the house. I think I even purchased coupons that I needed for formula. Whatever it takes to build up your feedback and there are tons of low cost items out there so that you are not spending a fortune to do that.
