"Empty Window Text" - not showing customised text

Hi Auctiva guys,

I have customised my 'empty window text' to read 'Please visit our eBay store or check back later' instead of the unhelpful and incorrect 'No Items Available'.

In the preview this is working fine, but on my listings (including new ones) it is still displaying "No Items Available" when the gallery isn't working.

I made this text change weeks ago, and I have customised other attributes in the meantime which make it through to the actual listing, so it is unlikely to be a problem with caching or refresh lag.

I can tolerate the scrolling gallery not working properly for a while, but I really don't want to be telling my customers in big letters I have "No Items Available"!

I know you are busy but please help me with this, it is a problem!
