Entering a store item

Supposedly I'm not able to put a fixed or store item in the store. Saying something like I don't have a store.

When I try to put a store item in (and store is chosen) it says it's posting to ebay. I don't want to post this item to ebay, I want to post it to the store front only.

Why isn't this working?
