Hi Emily,

Fast and simple....file a Support Case from any Auctiva page by clicking on Help at top and "File a Support Request" at lower right under Customer Support banner.

They are usually very fast to respond during normal business hours, and they're there 24x7.

I usually get pretty quick responses on API errors/problems.
