Reply to "Error Msg: SERVER APPLICATION UNAVAILABLE in BIG Red Letters -Can't get into Auctiva"

I have been reading your info about the sign on problem .. your notices were written around 6PM Wednesday ... it is now Thursday nearly 1AM and I am also experiencing being unable to sign in. I tried the url above. You say to come back in 5 min but I have been coming back a few times and nothing has changed.
Any more suggestions?
