You will find that there are quite a few helpful people here on the community boards. And since Auctiva has users on 3 different continents there usually is someone around that can provide guidance/ assistance.
I am sure once you figure everything out with Auctiva you will love it. ( well actually I am still figuring stufff out myself) I am sure I have saved HUNDREDS of dollars in listing fees on eBay since I have been using Auctiva
