extra line breaks

I successfully listed about 10 auctions tonight and scheduled for tomorrow! Yeah.... but.... I seem to be getting a bunch of line breaks showing lots of blank space in my template. I have been copy/paste from a Word document where my descriptions are saved. They are fine there but at the bottom of my template is a bunch of blank space. I have been going in and just deleting, but is there something wrong with the template I can fix?
