Im new here so I can't help with the problem but I can tell you that I left that so called other service you are thinking about changing too for the same problems and worse, so if You think they are better.... You are wrong. I have a lot of friends that have used Auctiva for years and have nothing but great things to say about it. Like any company there will be problems, but my short experience here has been outstanding compared to the others.
