Feedback Problems

Could somebody explain the automatic feedback process.

I have got everything set up correctly on the auctiva side.

The automatic feedback has worked a few times but since then it does not seem to work anymore.

How often does the automatic feedback respond to left feedback? I take it is not instant.

Why does it automatically leave feedback for some customers and then not for others.

I am only talking about positive feedback and i know that if neutral or negative feedback is left for me then i must enter my feedback reply manually.
