If you enable the auto-feedback setting in your account, Auctiva will automatically leave positive feedback on your behalf only after you receive positive feedback for the transaction.
If you are unsure of whether your token is working or not, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page, and a member of our customer support team will test your token for you.
