File size, slooow load times and big drop in sales

I have noticed since using auctiva that my sales have fallen about 50%. My previous auction listing tool had an image compression feature, but of coarse it wasn't a free site like auctiva. I have figured out how to compress images before loading them using a program I got from cnet.com. However, I am wondering if anyone else had the same experience with a drop in sales and if anyone knows how big auctiva's template files are. I use a cable modem and I tend to forget that over 50% of people are still on dial up. I am conviced that the drop is sales is due to load times. I look at my auctions from a friends computer who has dial up and it took forever for things to load.

Any thoughts?
