Filed Support Case but no response

Does anyone else have this problem? In seller details I set up a profile and when I chose it in the listing it wont show up. I have to post it through ebay with the old profile then revise it through ebay.

Anyone else having this issue or any suggestions on how to fix this. I file a support case 24 hours ago and no a single response. Thought I would post it here.
