Reply to "Filed Support Case but no response"

My apologies for your problems with our new Seller Details profiles. We had an issue with duplication of Seller Details entries, and are working to address this (https://community.auctiva.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/455609321/m/1961075171).

We are investigating all of the support cases that have come in over the last couple days and paying special attention to these problems with Seller Details. We hope to have things resolved soon, and will be updating the support cases as soon as possible. Again, my apologies, and thank you for your patience.
