FILED SUPPORT REQUEST, NO RESPONSE!!

I am at wits end. I have filed two reports for an issue I've been having for 2 MONTHS and I have had no response whatsoever. If I do not hear from someone at Auctiva by 5pm pacific time today I want the insurance money I have sent in refunded and I will use a different listing software. This is really hurting my business!!!!

It is noon pacific. 5 hours to respond to me is not asking much.
