You should log into our site to check for replies on our help page since you must not be getting the emails we send you telling you that your case has been updated.

From what I've read of that case it looks like you are having problems with popup blockers. That's something you control on your computer through any of several programs you may have installed that are preventing popups. Figure out which ones are doing that and make sure popups are allowed for auctiva.com

Also there are dozens of threads on popup blockers and other spyware removers and the like here in the forums that may be of help to you.
