Reply to "FILED SUPPORT REQUEST, NO RESPONSE!!"

@OP - if you need a hand with finding the problem, and if you have XP, find me on Windows Messenger

Start / Programs / Windows Messenger
or Start/Run and then put in: C:\Program Files\Messenger\msmsgs.exe

You'll have to create a hotmail addy (if you dont already have one), but it will walk you through it.

Once we're both online and connected, you can then send a Request for Remote Assistance to me and once you do that, I will be able to see your screen remotely and with your permission, will be able to move your mouse to find/fix the problem.

You'll see everything that I do, and will be able to kill the connection at any time. It wont let me do anything that you wont see. like I said, it simply lets a person see what your monitor is displaying and use the mouse. you see the pointer move, what I click on, etc
