Reply to "FILED SUPPORT REQUEST, NO RESPONSE!!"

That means your email controls are eating up the response notification from Auctiva.

When I file for customer help, I receive an automatic email that Auctiva has received. When they respond I receive another email notifying me to check the ticket.

A customer of Auctiva can check the ticket itself but they should make sure that their spam controls aren't eating up the notices. This should alert the Auctiva user that their customers might not be able to get in touch with them either.
