Reply to "FILED SUPPORT REQUEST, NO RESPONSE!!"

We've been doing some testing over the past few days and calling ISP's where our emails aren't coming through.

We found a spam list that our IP's are on because we just received some new IP's to use that used to belong to another company. Those IP's were removed and I'm certain that helped with many ISP's that used that list to block incoming emails.

We're continuing to test other sites as we get accounts on them and we hear about emails not coming through.
