Reply to "Find & Replace wiped out shipping svc!"

Hey all, FYI here is the response I received from tech support today...I'd recommend not using Find & Replace to update your insurance prices until they get this fixed. I'm sure it won't take too long.
"I apologize for any confusion on my part but, I have just heard back from our QA department and they have informed me that this is a known bug and that they are currently addressing it. Unfortunately, they have no time estimate for how long it might take them to fix this. So, until they can resolve this problem, the only solution is to update listings individually."
