You can only purchase Auctive insurance at checkout.

Auctiva tech support confirms that ebay does not allow insurance for International First Class Mail - thus disabling the shipping calculator.

Therefore, Auctiva does not insure First Class Mail International.

It could be that the software on ebay changed, ruining the feature, but I suspect the problem is that the posters simply didn't know what they were talking about.

Maybe you can work around this with flat fee international shipping? Unacceptable for internatioal mail.

It's worth adding: since Auctiva admits ebay doesn't support the feature, Auctiva shouldn't allow it in saved or scheduled listings until such time as ebay does allow the feature.
