Dear luvmyfirman,
usually it is listing same time when you click the POST (SAVE) button on the bottom left hand corner at Auctiva listing page. If you need to schedule your listing on different time you can do that free (eBay charge for this if you schedule through eBay) by clicking SCHEDULE(SAVE) button.
