Saved folder - is where the original listing created by you on Auctiva resides until you delete it. The others only contain links.
Link - is simply a reference to an actual item in this case an actual listing this is the software equivalent to a human's signpost to a town.
Active folder - a link is placed in the active folder to the copy uploaded onto ebay.
Closed folder - when the copy on ebay ends the link for that listing is moved from active folder to here. This is where you trigger relists from Auctiva. Deleting from this folder only deletes links not the originals.
Scheduled folder - this where a link is placed to saved listings that are scheduled via Auctiva. Once the originals have been copied to ebay these links are automatically deleted from this folder. Cancelling scheduled listing only deletes links from this folder.
