folders

could anyone help me here, in LISTINGS, i am opening the CLOSED folder, clicking IMPORT LISTING, opening SAVED FOLDER expecting to find it there, so i can then move it to my coloured folder, but it they do not go into my SAVED FOLDER, am i doing this correct? i thought i was, can anyone give me the correct procedure to save listings into my sub folders. really would appreciate this advice. many thanks
